How can it have iron and calcium at the same time without canceling each other out?? Also, what form of magnesium is sourced? Citrate or glycinate?

Thank you for your question. We’ve found that doses of iron greater than 30 mg may have an adverse effect on the absorption of calcium and/or iron. Bariatric Fusion Complete Vitamin and Mineral Supplement has 11.25mg of iron in each chewable tablet. (Dosing 2 tablets per serving is still well under the 30mg threshold). PLUS: Bariatric Fusion has included Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which aids in iron absorption and Vitamin D to promote calcium absorption. However, views on this are changing as taking Iron and calcium together has been downgraded to a "D" by the latest ASMBS Nutritional Guidelines as there is no proof they will not work together. Magnesium is sourced from Magnesium Oxide and our Calcium is Citrate.
