Very durable if you are cooking simple food like fish or vegetables. But if you like barbecuing marinaded chops or anything that has a sweet sauce or fatty sausages etc, it can create holes in the sheet. I would say you can get 4 or 5 uses in each sheet. It really depends on how much food you are cooking.

Un buen invento para las barbacoas, use la primera alfombrilla y muy bien, en principio todo correcto, pero cuando fui a lavarla encontré un pequeño agujerito en el centro, pequeño la verdad, no se si le habrá ocurrido a alguien esto. Podría ser debido a la temperatura, en el momento que cocine con otra nueva podré comparar si es ese el motivo.
