If you have trouble with fiber intake causing IBS symptoms, this product is a godsend. Our family no longer have those symptoms! We are taking this years now. I am especially happy with Frontier Co-op because the husk is very natural. Also it gets geled easily in the water in a couple of mins so I can drink quickly. psyllium husk is my staple now I cannot live without it. If you have Celiac disease like me you can use it for baking as a bonding and thickning agent. I would highly recommend the brand and this product. I've been using their products years and years. They are good and quality is guaranteed.

This works great. This is my third time purchasing Frontier Co-op Organic Psyllium Husk 1lb. I wish that the packaging was resealable and came in a larger size like a 3lb or 5lb. Note that this is whole psyllium husk and not the powder. I take one tablespoon after dinner every night with a glass of cold water. Mix and quickly drink within 30 seconds before it thickens. Remember to drink enough water throughout the day. I'm 35 M and I've noticed that my bowel movements have become infrequent and inconsistent the past few years but using Psyllium husk has re-regulated my bowel movements and made them easier.

Psyllium is great for my gut regularity and general gut health. I mix a teaspoon into my oatmeal, breakfast cereal, or soups every day. This product is the psyllium husk, which is tiny. It mixes into fluids easily, unlike the much finer GROUND psyllium husk which easily forms thick, stubborn lumps. Make sure you drink adequate water daily when using this product. If you're trying to cure irregularity or constipation, be patient. Psyllium husk is not an INSTANT solution, like a laxative. But over weeks it will repair your gut and help establish a regular evacuation routine. And remember, drink lots of water. I will not share a photo because although my bowels have been producing magnificent turds ever since I added psyllium to my diet 25 years ago, I think you would prefer to skip the visual proof. Psyllium also seems to help against high cholesterol levels., but I'm not an authority on this.

I’ve been taking this product for quite a while and it continues to be an important part of my routine. It’s reassuring to know I’m getting consistent fiber, which supports my digestion and helps maintain healthy gut bacteria. Very happy to have this as an option.
