This heated back brace work really well, the brace heats up fairly fast and the heat level is decent and the heat covers pretty much all of my lower back area, the brace also comes with a mugwort thermal herbal pad insert, the heat has 3 levels and the power switch turns red, blue or green for the different heat levels, the brace was pretty much true to size and fits nicely and snug, the brace attaches with velcro and they velcro is really strong too, the brace I recevied did not come with the massage feature as stated, the brace is powered by a USB power box (not included) and USB C cable, the cable however is way to short, so I did end up using my own longer cable, otherwise the brace does feel really good when mh lower back is hurting, So I am pretty happy with this heated back brace and in my opinion it's a good value for the price.

I was not aware that I had to have a heater power bank to use this away from electricity. It works via USB cord without the power bank but it has to be plugged in constantly to work. Looking at the instructions sent, it seemed like this is a massager too, but it is not really. Not this model anyhow. That would have been awesome! This model just heats up and has 3 different heat levels. The highest level is very hot, and I cannot think why anyone would need that kind of heat for their body, but it is there. Easy to use with the one large button and the Velcro strap to attach to the body. The size is large, so almost anyone can use this for their aches and pains for relief.
