I am approaching the end of my first bottle. I am age 66. Here's what I think: 1) The price is unbeatable compared to similar products 2) I could feel something going on "down there" within an hour or so of taking the first pill. 3) The pills are huge, just be prepared. 4) The dosage is two pills per day. I spent the first couple weeks taking each 12 hours apart. It didn't seem to work as well after the first few days. I started taking both pills within a hour of going to bed. This made a big difference. 4) As long as I don't drink a lot in the hours leading up to bedtime, I only get up one time about three hours into the night. Occasionally, I wake up about an hour before my alarm and use the bathroom but I think the waking up has more to do with age than needing to go. I also think it has to do with having more restful sleep for the previous 7 hours. 5) The biggest change I've noticed is reduced urgency and leakage when I do need to go. I am not seeing a great increase in flow, but this was not a big problem before I started taking them. My stream is not that of a 20 year old, but it is ok. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and plan to continue using it.

This supplement seems to work pretty well my blood seems to be circulating better than it was before my blood pressure has been better and I think it's helping my prostate so I gave it four stars.

Remember your youth, where you felt that you could pee onto the roof - from the ground?!? I can remember my mother screaming at me to sit down to pee because if I stood up the flow was strong enough to cause excess splatter everywhere. Well those days are decades in the past. My issue was flow, not frequency. The morning pee is the most urgent one of the day, and the dribble I was dealing with was agony! Every day that first pee was taking longer and longer to accomplish. It was taking up to 10 minutes or more, and even then I would have to go at least 2 more times in the next half hour. Well this product works. I was well into my third bottle before I got full relief, and now that first pee of the day is so much better. It's not like my youth, but hey, nothing's perfect. The full realization that this stuff makes a huge difference was when I went on a short vacation and forget to bring my pills. I quickly realized that I wouldn't make that mistake ever again. This stuff works, for me at least, and I hope it works for you.

I was experiencing discomfort and too much coffee seemed to be part of the problem. I hadn't used it in a while and started taking it again. It took more than a week then it made a big difference. No discomfort and less urination at night.
