I am very disappointed with this item--I bought three for gifts and it doesn't work at all--The food flies all over the place and feels like it will break with any pressure.

It makes is quicker chopping and easy to use.

Nothing like in the commercial does not slice through carrot easily much pressure required.. veggies fly in all directions
