I, like a lot of humans who are concerned where this country may be headed wanted to start doing more things with my land. I’ve been wanting to start gardening and composting for a while now. I did a lot of research before finally biting the bullet and making this purchase. I wanted two sides. I wanted it to be sturdy and I NEEDED it to be reasonably easy to put together. I did not want 10,000 screws and I didn’t want to have to bend over backwards to get the pieces together. This one was a little more expensive than some of the others online but it seemed to really hit all those marks! I opened it today and was able to put it together in roughly 40 minutes all by myself! I used a rubber mallet (definitely recommend), a small screw gun (also recommend) and I used the tiny wrench provided for the large screws to attach the baskets to the stand. I recommend attaching all the joint panels in a line PRIOR to attaching them to the side panels. If you don’t it will become difficult to attach each panel to the next with the connecting buckle. I did it the way the instructions said to do it for the first chamber and did it the way I just said for the second chamber and it was WAY easier. I used the rubber mallet to attach the connecting buckles to the joint panels and then I used it to bang the panels to the side panels. Other humans who have stronger ability to push the pieces together may be able to do it without the mallet but for it it hurt my hands. Using the mallet worked well. They do provide a small screw driver for the screws needed to solidly secure the side panels to the joint panels but my small screw gun was much faster and didn’t hurt it at all. I’m going to start using this today but it seems super sturdy and was so easy to put together it was not overwhelming. If it ends up sucking I will update this review but so far it’s landing perfect!!

I'm very excited about these compost tumblers. They went together with no problems and took about 30 minutes each. They seem sturdy and well built. I was surprised how easily and smooth they turned, granted there was no weight in them yet, but it felt like they were on ball bearings. I'll update my review after a year if they don't live up to their expectations.
