Choose the seller carefully
I've bought many Frontech products for myself as well as for others over the past 18 years and found that they provide good value for money. So when I needed an after-market 12A toner cartridge, I chose Frontech over cheaper alternatives. My first order from seller Shinedeals came in an outer package inside which was a sealed Frontech box exactly like that shown in the listing. The cartridge produces crisp deep black prints and it reinforced my trust in Frontech. However, my second order from Saaz Collection (which cost a bit less) is another story. It came in a plain brown carton and the cartridge was in a plastic bag inside the carton. There's no marking except a small sticker on the plastic that says "Q2612A". I returned it without bothering to open the plastic bag. So I'm giving it 5 stars because of my first order. My second order would have received a single star. Disclaimer: I have no connection with Frontech or Shinedeals except as an ordinary customer.
