does it come with mounting brackets ? i am looking to buy this for accord-14 rear.

If you are thinking those metal clips that slide on body work or trim and then you screw through- then, no, they don't. But the variety of screw holes that match your existing mounts are plentiful. Match my 01 Insight easily...and did supply new screws with the speakers. BTW, they still sound great.

How is the bass on these speakers?

Bass is not like a sub or anthing but for this size speaker it is great....nice thump to it.....have these in my truck and they are great...
