On a conventional home freezer leave it 12 hours before removing it (it takes me 10 hours but sometimes i lose a few, 2 or 3 in a batch so leave it 12) afterwards submerge it on room temperature water without letting the water get inside the mold obviously, pull with one hand the cover and push with the other the mold itself, it will be hard at first but ill come out, dont leave it in water more than a few seconds or they will melt fast, release the popsicles in a container, i use a giant Tupperware, and put them in the freezer again for 10 minutes or so, to harden the outer layer again, then procced to put them in plastic bags (dont leave them in the freezer for too long without a bag because they will be burned by the cold and that will deteriorate the flavor of the outer layer, hope this helps all of you strugling with this mold, i own 4 and they all work great, saving for a popsice machine now

Llegó bien y a tiempo

This product arrived with nothing, no paperwork, no instructions, the box only had the mold and top. I wonder if this is a part to something bigger. I need help successfully freezing and taking the popsicles out of the mold in one piece. After freezing for 24 hrs popsicles were not formed, same recipe formed in my other mold in 5 hrs

Terrible benia oxidado

The product is fantastic, it makes popsicles perfectly, although the machine does not have a well finishing and has multiple sharp edges, I cut my hand that I needed to get 5 stitches. I have to sand all the edges. Be careful if you got this for your kids, Make sure that there is not sharp corners.

Durable, reliable. Good quality. Been using it for months and still as new. I recomend this mold.
