Very comfortable chair. Nice backrest and perfectly sized seat. Apt for long hours. I use a small memory foam cushion for additional lumbar support. Thank you Featherlite

***Don't compromise your body back because of wrong cheap chair.***** This chair is very comfortable, has good cushioning for this and legs. Back is supported properly. Has tilt height adjustment. The quality of items delivered is good as well. Just go for it. I was able to assemble myself no need to ask for installation. All kits provided inside to install ourself. We don't need head rest as we don't often lay our heads on chair while working.namaste Featherlite don't increase the price after seeing my review 😂. If the price point is good maybe this chair will sell more.

Pros___________________________ #Comfortable #Easy to assemble #weels are great #good back support and desirable back lock #seat hight adjustments are fine #comfortable arm rest with height adjustments #quality is premium #looks great(decent black) Cons________________________________ #On picture it does mention seat sliding (but in chair there is no such options) #back adjustment is quite tight(you need to push it hard) #At this price point chair deserve a arm sliding option too. Overall okay and worth it.

I waited for almost 7 days to get this Chair delivered and they delivered a defective Chair, the recline lock mechanism is defective.When I am purchasing a Chair of more than 12,000. I expect some quality test before getting the product delivered. also, there is no option for replacement. I have to return the product and then get a refund in 14 days, and after that only, I can order new. Also, the same exact Chair is available on Amazon for selling, but the stock is not available for replacement.

This is my third chair in this price range. Previous chairs had a few more features or looked cooler. But this one is more sturdier. Comfort is also good, even for people on the larger side. Lumbar support is ok. I would definitely recommend a well built chair over one with useless adjustment gimmicks or fancy looks. And this is it in the below 10k price range.
