better than drugstore
If you are one of millions of people who can't fully process vitamins in the gut, this is for you. Because they are methylated, your body can absorb it much better than a drugstore brand capsule or tablet. read labels. Ask your doctor how to start taking this. quality is good because there are no fillers. pricy but worth it!

Disappointing
I know that Biotics Research supplements are of high quality. However, there are several things about this particular supplement that I am not pleased with. The serving size is 1/2 tablet, which means they must be split. They are scored and do cut cleanly, but it is an inconvenience to either have to split the whole bottle of tablets, or split a few and then fish around for those. This product contains folate and B-12, but no B6. Perhaps I am wrong, or perhaps there are good reasons why, but there is no B6 in the proper form included. I bought this because my genetic testing show a problem with methylation, so I would think the B6 would be important also for anyone with methylation difficulties
