Great tummy time book!
This is such a great book for tummy time! I was expecting a small board book but it's quite big, my little girl loves it, there's different textures on each page and lots of colours and cut outs to keep her interested as well as a mirror. I've since bought this for 2 other friends who have had babies recently because the size just makes it so perfect for tummy time

Saw it, loved it, had to have it.
Books for babies at their best - keeps their mums thoroughly amused in any case. Lots of holes to peek and poke through, different shapes, textures and colours, reminders of nursery rhymes to go with the pictures and generally hugely cheerful. Nearly as good as a nice warm mug of coffee, and who has time for that with a toddler? We wondered whether the pictures might be so abstract that only parents would recognise what they represent, but no - they turn out to be Platonic archetypes, and the first time our little one saw a bee in real life he knew exactly what it was.

Great from 7 months up
When my child was 7 months old he loved the bright colours, textures, holes & mirrors but the book is quite large and we had to turn the pages for him. However, we could leave the book open on the floor and the 2 pages would keep him entertained for ages. By 12 months he had sufficient dexterity and strength to rip every flap off and ultimately tore the book down the spine. We fixed it with sellotape. At 17 months old he does whip through it faster and he loves other books more and he does find the size of the book an issue when he would like to turn the pages but cannot. We bought Ladybird's smaller books in this range and they are still much loved favourites.

Fabulous book!
What a great book - so much to see and touch, my baby loves it, she spends ages just looking at everything, scratching, pulling, opening. Clearly a well thought out book that babies really respond to. Highly recommend it!!

My baby loves it
We got this for our 10 month old as her first interactive book and she loves it. This is her 'toy' of preference and she just loves to open it up and go through all the different pictures and toys. She has actually learnt her first things through this book i.e. she now knows what a fish is.... brilliant!

Lovely fun book
This is a fun book which my daughter (9 months old) loves, but like another reviewer, the elephant’s trunk and bee’s wing didn’t last long before they were ripped off during particularly enthusiastic flapping! A real shame. But there are still plenty of other bits in the book to play with.
