I love this stuff! I have been struggling with weight loss all summer. I was getting very frustrated. I was taking this all summer but I was only taking two and not consistently. I finally started taking 3 and wow what a difference. I have lost 3lbs in just one day. I am going two to three times a day and not just a little, a lot! Not to mention my cravings for sugar has gone way down and I don't even crave breads or pastas at all. I just want to eat is clean foods. This is a game changer for me. I have always had cravings and have tried so many different products. Non of them has been as effective as this one. I did start having slight cramps today. So I am going to go back down to two tomorrow. I think it's something you defiantly have to play around with to see what works best for your body. I highly recommend giving it a try.
