I purchased these for electroplating use and so far, so good. They seem to be good quality and were definitely worth the money.

(Please first note that the scrap piece of brass in the photo is exactly that, scrap. It has deep scratches on it and was sitting in plating solution at an angle. Just a test piece) Definitely real, solid, nickel. I used in conjunction with Gold Plating Services Nickel Plating Solution, tested on a piece of scrap 360 brass at 3.30VDC and was very happy. Especially for the price. Typically go to McMaster for this kind of stuff but they have a 7 week lead time at the moment and the same item cost 3x as much.

Bought these as part of working on my M-1A. I saw another gunsmith using them instead of brass and these leave no marks on the metal or the bluing. You do receive 2 in the package so modifying one of them for another use was nice.
