CPPSLEE Lion Mane for Dog Costumes, Realistic Wig for Medium to Large Sized Dogs, Halloween Costumes (Dark Brown)

This was great for my husbands service dog to add to our group costume of the Wizard of Oz. It fit him perfect and was easy to put on, the tail piece was not easy and he didn’t care for it but that is mostly because he already has a floofy tail so we struggled to put it on properly. We did work with him to keep it on for several days before we actually needed him to wear it as a costume but keep in mind he is a service dog and is trained to do things that other dogs won’t. It held up well when he shook it off and played with it, good quality. It appeared to us that it was comfortable for him to wear but again with him being a service dog he is used to wearing a vest. It was so cute and funny.

Absolutely adorable- why can’t they dress up too lol ?!? This is easy to put on and she doesn’t seem to mind wearing it since it’s so lightweight and comfy for her - it’s so cute on and I’m so glad I took the chance and ordered it - must do for Halloween

He was a very handsome lion. The coloring was perfect with his strawberry blonde lab coat. It was easy to put on him. Just sinch the strings and tuck them in. Now, the tail was difficult to get on and it didn't stay on. There has to be a better way to keep it on besides tying elastic strings.

This was a good quality mane, perfect fit for my big dogs, and easy to put on offf. The value isn't bad as I bought two of them (one in brown and the other black). If your dog has a big head or lots of hair it tends to stay on better but since there is no adjustments straps it does slip on other dogs. My dogs are bigger dogs so the fit was good for them but I don't think it would work for small to medium sized dogs

I put this on my Gemski just for fun. It's easy to put on. Looks good on my dog. Decent value for the money. If your dog shakes their head alot there's a draw string/strap you can tighten it.

Lions Mane for dog is so cute on dog. The fit is perfect for my Labrador. The quality is made nicely and definitely functional as a dog costume. Great value.

Well this highly anticipated mane definitely came as a pleasant surprise when we opened the box and discovered what appeared to be a bathroom sink hair clog. Just not as lavish. The box looked like one of the hair models on the shampoo commercials with their hair flowing in the breeze. What we received looked like a rabid raccoon that escaped from a sewer tunnel. To add with it, a smaller hair ball that looked like someone rolled a cotton ball through a barber’s floor. Were my expectations high? Slightly. Was my dog’s disappointment even higher when he realized that he looked like a lion from an 80’s horror movie with a low cost costume production that was trying to cut the budget down, yes. Look at him! Swipe! Picture numero 2. This poor boy is so confused as to why we would drape this middle school play faux mink scarf across him and then attempt to put the hairy sock that came with on the tip of his tail. I laughed and sobbed at the same time. Y’all take your gamble. If you want your dog to look like a Pantene shampoo commercial, this is a hard pass. If you want your dog to look like he’s picked up a drug habit and decided to lower all life expectations and quality decisions, then this bad boy is for you.

While I do agree with one of the reviews that I read prior to purchasing that the orange lining ought to be brown, instead, because it is such a vibrant color, I do find that otherwise, this costume is just perfect! (The lining is easy to tuck in and is not able to be seen, unless my dog tries to shake off the mane; it thankfully was not a fight the entire time to keep the lining from showing.) This costume is super easy to clean, and I absolutely love that the mane cinches to fit just about any size dog, that way all of my dogs can wear this lion costume. I also find the tail accessory to be absolutely adorable, and unique compared to other lion costumes that I came across while searching online. I, however, did not get to use the tail yet, as my dog that has worn this costume does not have a tail. I can't wait to try it on one of our other dogs!

cute costume but has no stretch. Took a few weeks to deliver and did not receive for Halloween

I have a medium sized dog approx 65lbs. The mane fit we around his chest but it is way to big around his head and the is in no adjustment possible. A simple drawstring would probably solve this.
