I got this as its a decent size so can hold a decent amount of water. With having the measurements you can tell how much water you need to be having throughout the day

So far so good, a lovely sturdy bottle with a lovely vibrant blue as well as the guide for how much to drink in a day. I would highly recommend.

Good size with reminders to drink, you get a spare straw and easy drinking.

The water bottle is good for general use, but this is not suitable for office use (I know it is a general sports bottle) - the suction can sometimes be annoying as my bottle is full and I am just sucking air so I have to open the bottle and remove the straw and blow on it which is not ideal. I thought drinking this would be quiet but it is definitely noisy and everyone can hear a small whistle and squeeze.If someone wants to use this generally and does not mind noise suction then it is a good bottle and it looks beautiful.
