This is a really great product for people, whether they are experienced or beginners, who want to get more out of many types of exercise and strength increase regimens. The sandbags are really easy to move in and out, they just glide through, and they have very strong straps/velcro. Having sandbags instead of solid weights seems to give an overall improvement in the experience. They are compact but nice and heavy and dense. I would imagine that someone who needs to build back the strength in their legs/knees after surgery or something would likely be using something like this as well. I ran with them and walked with them and had no problems whatsoever. The company provided terrific support when I reached out to them as well, which was very reassuring. The way it is designed with the buckle is also very user friendly and makes adjusting very simple. This is nice and soft and won't fray or irritate your skin either, I haven't noticed any discomfort after a long period of use. I have no gripes with the product, everything was great and I think just about anyone could make great use of this gear.

Nice concept with the sand bags and strap & Velcro strength, a nice comfortable fit for occasional use. Can easily remove the weights. However, not sure how the neoprene type fabric will hold up with regular use.

Soft fabric and it is great to be able to have flexibility with weight. The pockets are easy enough to remove the weights or adjust location

The color is accurate- these are comfortable around the ankles. I have worn them all day long at work underneath jeans so no one notices… And they work great! The only thing about ankle weights is that however the way you walk they will move but not a lot. I have strap these in around the ankles, nice and tight but during the day they will loosen up just an FYI. And depending on the angle and your angle of walk, it’s possible that the edge of the strap can irritate the skin it was directly on the skin. Probably be better with a sock, not the best for a summer, but for winter not a problem. I decided to weigh these on my scale so see the video even though it says 3.5 pounds, they make it just a smidge heavier. That is good because they are filled with a hard gravel like substance. I would say even smaller than a BB. But yes, I would buy these again, especially since Black Friday sale helped entice me to purchase. Now time will tell how long they last before it falls apart. The weights do come out of the pocket so in the video, I showed the ankle weights to have just three of the pouches in it, and then I laid the extra two pouches on top for the measurement. This comes in a slender box which I was surprised about, but not a big deal. Shipping was prompt no damage, don’t think any delivery person would appreciate the weight however it’s surprisingly heavy for such a small box. But, if I purchase again, I would, however if I have an opportunity, I would find one in a 5 pound as well. But this 3.5 is perfect for starting the journey and I’ll probably use these for a year or two before I purchased a heavier weight. They say you should weigh yourself down if you’re doing any GLP one. As described, these are perfect starter.

These are super well-designed. The weights will not slip out if doing high leg stuff. Bit fussy to take out or put back weights but well worth on the fact I don't have weights crashing out on my head. They are comfortable neoprene. All straps work. If you order olive green, it really is, unlike the pic.

It's OK. A little disappointed with it, due to 2 issues: the weights are small sand bags which are a royal pain to remove or insert. Metal slugs that you can slide in or out would be better. And, I was planning to wear these under my pants during the day when I walk to the subway, etc. But it's way to bulky so that makes it impossible. It's good for working out at home or in the gym, though.

The weights & wraps are sturdy. It was a slight challenge initially to remove the weights from the sleeves, but it got easier with each one. Weights are in 2 lb. Increments. Each ankle weight is a total of 10 lbs.
