I did a beach clean up event a little while ago & was shocked by just how many plastic cotton buds were washed up on the shore & vowed then & there not to use them anymore.. I did look for non-plastic cotton buds in my local supermarkets but couldn't find any so turned to good ol' amazon instead & found these. From the packaging to the buds themselves, these have a very premium feel to them.. It's great to have something that both feels like a bit of luxury but is also good for the environment. It's also quite useful to have 2 different end shapes, the pointy one works quite well for cleaning up excess mascara from around my eyes a bit more neatly than the conventional shape does. The cotton on the buds is also quite tightly packed which makes them quite solid, durable & less prone to loose fibres before the job is done

These cotton swabs arrived well packaged and delivered exactly as described.I purchased these from the Amazon seller Shyneer and I happily recommend their fast service and competitive pricing.The swabs themselves are tightly compressed cotton fibers on a long wooden stick, giving good reach and control into tricky areas while keeping sensitive skin and precious body parts out of harms way.The swabs will rub up and de-fibre if used aggressively on rough or sharply burd surfaces, so I would recommend avoiding these sorts of surfaces.Hope this is helpful

Bought for piercing cleansing. These are great, thinner and more precise than normal buds and a lot sturdier (don't go soggy when immersed in water). Good price compared to trying to buy supermarket supplied buds. Eco packaging (apart from the clear plastic window on top!)

They are very small in size which is an advantage.

I'm a make-up artist and these give me a sharp, crisp line for eyeliner, plus the box looks cute and they're biogradable - will defo buy again.

Bought this as replacing the plastic cotton bud, my advice is just be careful as it easily breaks so just be gentle when using it
