I've been unable to get black bean sauce in my local grocery store so I bought this. I like the Lee Kum Kee brand (I use their soy and teriyaki sauces), and it made perfect chicken with black bean sauce. It's a good size (I wouldn't be able to get through a larger bottle. Excellent quality - I highly recommend it.

Yummy.... I put this in the broccoli beef dish and the taste was absolutely delicious... Expiration date is way ahead in time too. Will definitely stick with this brand and really quick shipping too. Nicely wrapped in bubble wrap which was nice...

I use this for making Mapo Tofu and while it's probably not as authentic as some other black bean sauces, it's pretty good. I end up buying a few bottles and keeping them on hand since my family loves Mapo Tofu and I end up using a lot.

Pros: - insanely soft - Comfortable - Perfect fit per measurement chart Cons: - Not durable - 1st wearing a hole formed on outer upper thigh (weird spot.) I never left the house.

This is one of the ingredients I needed for the recipe I made. My dish tasted like the one in the restaurant. I love it!

Was able to duplicate a favorite dish from a Chinese restaurant that is no longer open. And much easier than using fermented black beans. Win win!!!

so easy to use and can be the base for quick stir fry dinners or even to jazz up hamburgers
