Brilliant
I received this product at around the start of May and it’s helped with my pull ups hugely! For example, I have been doing them 3 days a week - doing normal pull ups until failure (this was only 2/3 when I started using it) and then use the band to do around 4-6 more. Since using it, I can now do around 5 pull ups after only 2-3 weeks of use! Band is very tough and feels very durable! Highly recommend for increasing strength

Good addition if u already have the other bands
Good quality band, alot thicker and stronger than the other ones so doesn't have as many uses, so far I have only used for shrugs and deadlifts but still a good addition to my set for when I want to do a heavier exercise

Oops bought this in a hurry as first time user of resistance band, this is for the super powerful only. I obviously didn’t understand the description, and couldn’t find the brochure online. Returned the product and bought something more suitable.
