Seems well made and fit perfectly (my hat size is 7 3/8"). It didn't bother me at all to sleep in it and wife said it eliminated my heavy snoring so far. I think it's a great alternative to other anti-snore devices because it is pretty comfortable to sleep in. Time will tell but so far so good and the price makes it a great item to try if you snore.

After a dentist ruined my jaw, this product helped me to keep the jaw in place so I could sleep comfortably. I really appreciated it when I was so distressed. I'm sure it would help with the advertised snoring issue as well.

The head strap is adjustable and fits very well, it definitely helps to keep my mouth closed while sleeping. Comfortable and easy to use!
