I unfortunately get migraines, and my migraines sometimes pop up out of nowhere (including the most inconvenient times… like at work or at the airport). So when I saw these Glitch Wellness Cooling Hydrogel Eye Masks were available to order, I thought I’d give them a try. This pack comes with 5 individually wrapped eye masks, making them easy to throw in my purse and take with me anywhere. These masks are also super easy to use. I just open the package, take out the eye mask and remove the protective film, and then place the mask over my eyes. The mask begins to cool immediately on its own and actually gets a lot cooler than I expected it too. When I’m done using the mask and since they are reusable, I just put the protective film back onto the mask and slip it back into the package sleeve I had opened. These masks won’t last forever, but so far I’ve been able to use the first mask three separate times. I maybe be able to use it once more before throwing it away and start using a new one. Overall I am really glad I chose to order these Glitch Wellness Cooling Hydrogel Eye Mask Set. They’re easy to pack and take a long anywhere. And most importantly they’ve been a huge help when it comes to calming down my bad migraines.

Overall Performance I tried these after keeping them in the fridge, and the cold therapy is excellent. I wore the mask for about 15 minutes, and it provided a very consistent, refreshing cooling sensation. It’s a great way to force yourself to take a break—I paired mine with an audiobook, but it would be perfect for meditation or just a few minutes of quiet to de-stress. The Experience Feel: The gel is naturally cooling and has a slightly tacky/sticky texture, which helps it stay in place. Effect: Very effective for soothing tired eyes or general puffiness after a long day. Sizing: The 17x5 cm size offers good coverage for the eye area. Important Caveats There are two things to keep in mind that differ slightly from the product description: Reusability: These are not "rinse and reuse" style masks. Once the gel is used, it isn't meant for long-term repeated use. The "Storage Bag": The listing mentions a storage bag, but in reality, this seems to just refer to the original foil sleeve it comes in. There isn't a separate, reusable pouch included. Final Verdict If you are looking for a highly effective, one-time-use cooling patch for travel or a spa night at home, these feel great. Just don't expect a permanent accessory or a separate carrying case

I love hydrogel stuff and was excited to try this out. Each eye mask is sealed and you peel it off the sheet to apply. The packaging doesn't say how long to wear but the description on the listing says 10-15 so I set a timer for ten minutes. I opened the mask and I really don't like the way these smell. There is a slight fragrance which is fine but it also smells kind of like chemicals to me. I applied it anyway and it was very cooling immediately. After about 5 minutes I felt like it was super tingly and I didn't like the sensation so I peeled back half of it to see if I was having a reaction. My skin looked fine so I decided to just finish the ten minutes. The tingling kind of subsided but it did continue throughout the time left. I didn't notice any visible improvements in my skin afterwards and even with the sensation, my skin looks ok. But because of all of this, I probably won't wear the rest of these.

I have a terrible habit of staying up all night staring at my phone screen and often get puffiness as a result. Not only do these eye masks help to relieve that, they discourage the behavior that caused it in the first place. The masks are lightweight, with a thin gel layer that is moist but not super wet making them very comfortable to place over eyes. The gel is very cooling and has menthol so there’s a nice, cool tingling that is really calming. I was so relaxed when using one that I actually fell asleep; even when it was on for a relatively long time like that, I didn’t have any discomfort or skin reactions as the fomula feels really gentle. Since the mask covers the eyes completely and has no holes to see through, I’m not able to scroll on my phone while wearing it. It really gives me an opportunity to disconnect and just rest. By the time I’m ready to remove the mask I’m also relaxed and ready to sleep, so I actually get to bed instead of scrolling for hours. Definitely a simple but wonderful product that I’m very grateful for.

I know it’s labeled as an eye mask, but I decided to use it on my forehead because I was experiencing a mild headache. You can immediately feel the cooling sensation when you apply it. It adheres well to the skin and stays in place without causing any irritation, even after wearing it for more than 10 minutes. However, I don’t like that it has a strong smell. It has a menthol scent combined with something very sweet, and the smell lingers for a while after you remove it. I would prefer it to be without the sweet scent because I really like the cooling effect, but the smell is quite off-putting. Additionally, the product claims to be reusable, but I don’t see how that is possible since the gel dries out after use. I hope they consider creating a version for the forehead as well, not just for the eyes.
