Comes in a variety of sizes. Originally ordered for home medical comfort for my husband - as a bed liner and wheel chair liner, provided true comfort! Becomes more soft when washed and easily cleaned. I cut off the mattress stretch bands for other uses., Have received four orders to date - and will make one more. I will also use in the back seat of my car for dog comfort while traveling. Better price than specialty catalogues that promote different shapes. Any size of this product cuts easily and clean edge.

Purchased for someone confined to bed who was having redness and imminent skin breakdown on their back; after placing on the bed, and with good skin care, all healed within two to three days. As a nurse, I found this amazing. I didn’t want to purchase real sheepskin for personal reasons but would have if this were not available in order to help this skin condition, which would’ve eventually impacted every organ system. Very soft and comfortable and easy to wash/care for. Very impressed, please consider for any bedbound person. Thank you!

This may be synthetic but it is as nice as the real thing. I have used both for a family member who needs protection to prevent skin irritation/ breakdown. This is less expensive and we are very pleased with it.

True to size: Purchased the 30"x60", received a piece 31" x 61", so very happy with that. It is just a plain piece of fabric: unlined and unfinished, with no fraying. It has a sturdy backing, which keeps it flat without wrinkling. It is flexible enough to be rolled up, but not folded/creased. When it rolls, it rolls plush side out, so you don't have to worry about the scratchy backing coming up. Bought it for a bunny who was unable to walk while recovering from an illness (head tilt) that caused him to experience extreme vertigo. He would fall down and roll a lot which put him in danger of hurting himself and his eyes. This sheepskin was great: very soft and thick with no shedding. (There was a little fuzz around edges where I cut it to fit, but it was easily plucked off before using.) Bunny could not use the litter box while sick and the moisture wicking properties of this sheepskin are amazing! If you are expecting a fair amount of moisture, you will need to put something absorbent underneath, because liquid passes right through. The surface stayed dry no matter what. I laundered it in the washer and dryer. There was a little shrinkage from the dryer, when I left it in too long one time (it dries fast), but it remained just as plush, soft, and clean as ever, wash after wash, and did not stain. Between the washer and dryer, bits of hay that got stuck in it came right out. It looked brand new every time. I cannot recommend this enough. We really put it through the paces and it performed incredibly well. Bunny is doing fantastic, now, by the way, and doesn't need the sheepskin at all anymore. :)

I have this on my big chair for day and put it on my bed at night. I have purchased so many different pillows for sitting, all to no avail. This sheepskin is such a surprise, it really works by taking the pressure off my lower back when needed. Now, after a week, I use it all the time. Well, worth the price. Would definitely buy another. I love the amazing items I find on Amazon, it really is my go to store.

This review sums it up best . I give credit to the writer Glorycloud . Here I am....a fool again. I paid out about $25 dollars for a piece of nothing. This product is nothing like the photo. It is thin, thin, thin and makes me feel ashamed that I got stung again. The photos look heavy and thick but in reality this product isn't. It is a rip off. I am going back to putting my plush bathroom mat back on my bed instead. Shame on me that I got stung again!

This item is working well for my mother who is chair bound the majority of the day. It is soft and offers comfort on less than comfortable surfaces.

My husband was bedridden after major surgery and this lamb skin-like underpad was an excellent protective barrier to protect his backside from bedsores. They had a similar one in the Senior’s home my mom was in and it really was a God send for anyone lying in bed day after day.
