Does exactly what it is intended for. I'm so happy with this product for my needs for both arm and leg use. It is sturdy,and the only assembly required is attaching the resistance knob. It provides the right amount of resistance for PT and people with limited mobility. Easy to move and fold down for storage. People who give a poor review obviously didn't read the full description, as it specifically says for light exercise use. Don't buy if you plan on trying to use it as a replacement for your "spin class" or your bike ride. The only issue as others have stated is it tends to move across some floors,I solved that by bracing it against the transition or a piece of furniture to watch TV. There are no issues with pedaling, plenty of room for knees. It is very sturdy when used as intended. It also came with a sticker in plain view on it to reiterate the description to use for light exercise. It is a great value and I highly recommend to people like me. No need to buy something fancy at a much higher cost

I was reccomended to use a recumbent bike after a diagnosis of dysautonomia combined with some other health issues that have led to deconditioning and an inability to go to the gym like I used to(also unable to work, drive, etc unless I get myself back up to speed. This little.bike has been a godsend. The bike itself is pretty well made. There is a problem with it walking even with the non-slip sheet, but it's not much to push it back with my feet. It's easy to unfold, fold, and use. The directions are clear and easy to understand. It's not very heavy, and it doesn't make much noise if any at all. Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised by this, and I 100% reccomend this, ESPECIALLY if you're working on a tight budget

I bought this after I had rotator cuff surgery. Unit is small enough to fit on most desks, and can be folded to move or store - but it still requires some height. It is relatively light, which is also part of the issue. When I am going forward, it stays in place well enough, but going backwards it lifts up and thumps on the desk. It comes with a strap to secure it in place, but this is for securing it to a chair so it doesn't drift. This probably won't affect you if you use it on the floor. The feet are very hard - additional softer ones for desktop would be great! It really helps me keep my shoulder therapy. The electronics are basic, but, they do show you what you may want to track (time, count, RPM, etc.). The tension is OK, but, I really did not expect it to match the thousands of dollars one at my PT's clinic. Overall, a good purchase for me. I would recommend this for post shoulder surgery. Wish I had purchased it earlier.

It's really great, especially being a work-from-home reviewer, this was an excellent purchase! The price was amazing for the ease of use. The best part is the sturdiness and portability to store and use anywhere. The digital tracking and speed settings were easy to understand.

Compact and Handy, But Not Perfect This under desk pedal exerciser is one of those gadgets that seems great in theory—and in practice, it does provide some easy movement during the day. I liked that it was lightweight, foldable, and came ready to use right out of the box. It fits under most desks and doesn’t take up much storage space when folded. The LCD screen is a nice touch for tracking basic stats like time and RPMs. That said, there are a few frustrations. The pedaling motion isn’t always smooth—it can feel jerky, especially at certain resistance levels. I also noticed it has a tendency to slide forward on hard floors unless braced against a wall or used with a mat. The tension knob is fine for light resistance but doesn’t go high enough for a stronger workout. And while the display is functional, it’s fairly basic and not the most durable. For light exercise or rehab, especially for people recovering from knee or shoulder issues, it’s a helpful tool. But if you’re expecting a robust workout or gym-like stability, this will fall short. Bottom line: A decent budget-friendly option for light movement while sitting, but stability and resistance are limited—best for casual use or rehab rather than serious training.

Well constructed . I had knee surgery, my favorite description is ‘AK’ artificial knee . Physical Therapist had one of these and recommened it , so , I purchased one. It has very solid construction . Rubber suction style feet that prevent it from moving on both carpet and bare floors. Has a tension adjuster , stirrups on pedals so your feet don’t come out . The display is easy to read , although I don’t use it much as I time (stopwatch) my physical therapy exercises . I have used this for 3 1/2 months now , every day . Easy to move around . After 3 1/2 months of use , I have noticed no play in the alxe . Still as tight as when I first used it . Quality piece of exercise equipment that has and will in the future serve me well . I would recommend this to others .

Small and does the job. It s better to have help while using it to set the intensity though.

This product worked fairly well overall. I found the calorie burn counter to be useful, but I felt that it may be a bit generous. Assembly was minimal and easy. The main issue that I had was that the rubber legs did not last very long and split. They constantly fell off after that happened. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for an intense workout. However, if you are looking for something to break up the monotony of your desk job and to burn a few calories during a Zoom meeting, this will do the job. The price was reasonable for the product.

Very convenient equipment to keep your legs working while you’re working or just watching tv. I like the fact that it’s foldable and easy to store away

It is now sitting under my desk and it is worth bearing in mind that a low desk won't give you clearance to pedal, I use it when I'm on the phone. Bought to exercise a bad knee and the extra exercise is a bonus. Does exactly what it says it should.
