Love that the fish are a decent size. Works well in moderate rain, heavy rain can overwhelm since we have a large roof draining at that spot. The chain is not as flimsy as I feared it might be—the fish are pretty substantial and look great. Heavy enough to seem like the chain will last, but not too heavy to make you worry about your gutters.

very attractive and simple to install. works well and looks great with the rain chain. these are sold separately, so be sure to check to see if you need it to ensure a secure/proper fit. i am the envy of the neighborhood and am repeatedly asked what it is the and what does it do. so much better looking than the down spout. i really wish i needed more.

I’m a romantic at heart, and I love the vintage look of a nice rain chain. I wanted them on our house that I designed 18 years ago, but the county said our roof and driveway areas were too large and we had to use gutters. Now I have a sweet little She Shed with this lovely rain chain. I love watching the rain cascading through the copper leaves, and the gentle tinkling sound it makes.

This is a great product and worth every penny if you are installing a rain chain. I learned a few things that I thought I should share. First, this item reduced the opening for water to exit by about 50% from the 4in down spout I had in place. If you get a lot of rain this might be an issue. I learned that I get a lot more leaves in my gutters than I realized. I have leaf guards but enough small leaves got through to block the opening, causing the gutter to fill with rainwater. I hope to add a second drain as this is the only downspout I have on this gutter. Apply caulking liberally during install. I thought I was adding enough but I still have a small leak that allows water to exit along a seam and down the wall. All that said, this is a great item. I will likely buy another one in the spring.

Fit my gutter perfectly. Not sure what else to say, but this really did make my rain chain installation super easy. As others have said, this is a quality product and will compliment your copper rain chain. Since I have installed my rain chain my wife love it (most important) and we have received a lot of compliments from the neighbors.

My house has Rustic Red vinyl siding so I chose an antiqued copper rain chain. The combination is amazing. The adaptor is solid & I appreciated the cover plate to finish off the visible gutter bottom. The very day after I installed the adaptor & rain chain it poured. Not only did it pour but it was accompanied by a strong wind that blew the rain away from the chain. When the wind calmed the chain directed the rain down as I expected. I have already purchased the second adapter for another downspout switch to a matching rain chain. They are on the same end of the garage & both visible at the same time. They are a beautiful addition to my house & I'm so thrilled.

EZ install. I used some chaulk or Flex Seal to anchor the part onto the gutter. It works great by channeling water to the rain chain.

This was bought for a new eavestrough, culminating in a rain chain. It is very pretty and sturdy. A bargain at this price.

Pour le rain chain

The pin that holds the rain chain has a grove that is absolutely useless. I had to fabricate 2 pieces in order to keep the rain chain in the center.
