I Love You, Little Pookie

This is probably my favorite of all the Pookie books. It really emphasizes the love between a mother and her child. AlMost made me cry.

I think we have almost all the books by this author. They are fun and full of colors and the stories keep the attention of little ones. Our grandchildren love these books! From birth up these books are terrific!

This board book has beautiful illustrations and verse. This book is engaging even for the very, very young.

This book is so cute! Love all Sandra Boynton books, but this is one of my all time favorites. Great for an Easter basket or a gift for a toddler!

My 18 month old daughter loves this book. But funny story- when she asks for it, it sounds like she’s saying poopie! Lol.

Up until about 6 months ago our three year old expressed little to no interest in books at all. The first book that captivated him was a book about rockets and since then it's pretty much been multiple books about rockets and trains with just a few others thrown in here and there. Then we found the Pookie books. We first got the Goodnight Pookie book and my son loves it so much that he wants us to read it to him many, many times at bedtime - something he didn't even request with his favorite rocket books! We bought him this one along with several other Boynton books and they are all hits! I'm so glad to see him get into a book that isn't focused on a vehicle or superhero. The books are also so cute! They rhyme and are the perfect length for bedtime.

Could this book be more darling? I've bought it twice, just adore Sandra Boynton books. We have Snuggle Puppy and Barnyard Dance too. Very sweet loving books kids enjoy.
