These are awesome and at a great price. So far, after day one putting them in the fish tank, only one piece of Choya wood has naturally sank to the bottom. It is surprising as other reviews claimed it to take up to three months although I am still waiting on one more to sink because I put one initially under a rock and allowed two others to float just to test how long it takes for them to sink to the bottom. I would recommend this product because it is at a decent, fair price and the quality is outstanding. Update: They all sank to the bottom of the aquarium within 72 hours with minimal tannin leakage. These were the smaller 6" three pack. Update 2: After having a wonderful experience with the smaller ones, I decided to get the larger 12" XL and wow, such great quality and the diameter was surprisingly large but still thick. These have heavy tannin leakage and will take about 2 weeks to sink by themselves, but you do need to keep these fully submerged to get them to sink faster (same with the smaller driftwood). These XL versions are highly recommended if you have the space but if not you could simply cut them with a circular or table saw (the latter is preferred). The price is pretty high for the larger driftwood pieces but well worth it in the long run. Very nice, natural aesthetics.

I love these! My shrimp love to hide in these and look amazing in my aquarium. Very light and small so they can fit in any pot or pan so you can boil them. But big enough for your shrimp!

My shrimp love them and they are a pleasing addition to my planted tank. Great quality product that they use all the time. Will change the color of the water in your tank if you don't boil them first

Good wood. One of the pieces sinks and the other 2 float so they had to be glued down but otherwise great for the price.

Just added the wood pieces today will see if they preform as they should. Should make a great place for the shrimp to hide.

I have these in my shrimp tank. They work great. They keep the tank clean and shrimp love them.

OMGOSH! ALL of my shrimp love this. My large African fan shrimp live to hide inside of it. The inside is large enough for my 2 year old (4 inches long and fairly wide) to snuggle up in and relax. My red cherry shrimp and my bright yellow shrimp lay their eggs in there and it is the perfect hiding spot away from the few guppies I have left in this tank. ALL of my shrimp love this. I'm.ordering another one. Its fantastic for creating biofilm, and looks awesome! I'll update my review with photos later when I am home. GET THIS IF YOU HAVE SHRIMP! Get this if u have shrimp!

The shrimps absolutely love them. Never lose you cherry shrimp again, they really stand out on and in these. Perfect size. Will float at first and then sink after about a week.
