Is this a true da? meaning i know it oscillates but does it also rotate? otherwise it is just another random orbital and not a da

It's a true DA polisher!!. This exact machine is used by almost every detail and body shop I know of. Although it's a great machine there are better though. I have this and a PC 7424, and use both regularly, but for different purposes. I use this machine more for paint correction and the porter cable for applying wax and sealant. Hope this helps.
