Great value for a quality product
First off, these are compression clothes, if you aren’t reasonably fit for your height, BMI, then you may have a tough time getting into & out of them, especially the shirt. Consider a larger size. Overall the quality & fit is excellent. I was a little concerned that at the price point that they would not offer the compression that I was after, but that concern was unfounded. The cut, seams and fit are excellent with no binding, chafing or creeping after extended wear & vigorous activity. The shirt has a grip coating inside the bottom hem. It will stay in place on your skin or probably some other material but it doesn’t grip well to the matching bottoms. Not a problem as it will end up at your belt line and stay there. The shirt is cut long, around 4”-6” below your belt line. The breathability is exceptional, any better and you’ve have to run naked. Actually these are better than naked because they evaporate the sweat instead of it pouring off your body. If you are running or working out in front of a fan, you can feel the air against your bare skin. I’ve run several 5K’s in typical Florida heat, in both the shorts, & full length pants and of course the shirt. I opt for the long pants as they provide support for my calves and they are actually cooler due to the improved sweat evaporation than just the shorts. I’m considering going with the long sleeve shirt for the same reason. Running solitary, I wouldn’t worry too much about modesty, the bottoms do a good job keeping everything in place and smoothed. If you run an event or work out around other people, then you might want to wear some running shorts. Be sure to find the lightest, thinest, no liner, side cut shorts that you can, anything worn over (or under) will feel hot. Same if you decide to wear something over the shirt. My first time out, I wore a t-shirt which was a mistake. I won’t wear anything but the CompressionZ layer unless I need the shorts for modesty. I didn’t know quite what to expect in the way of performance but afterwards it was immediately apparent. Since I mainly wear these while running, keeping your muscles supported & keeping them from jarring/moving/flopping when they relax while your feet pound the pavement makes a tremendous difference in recovery afterwards. This was most evident in my calves. With my calve muscles slamming with each step, they’d ache for days afterwards. Keeping them supported prevents that pain and I can easily run consecutive days. The same is true for your pects, oblique back muscles, glutes etc. Overall, I’m very pleased wth the product, a few more color selections would be really nice. Since I work out every day, I reordered several more sets to get me between washings. A great value in compression wear.

Really good for recovery.
An excellent choice for use in recovery. I limped into the bedroom to put them on and walked out normally with no pain. Construction quality is as nice as, or nicer than, others in its price class. Fabric was good, though it could have used a little more spandex/elastane for ease of putting on. Fit, as described by the accompanying sizing chart was about right, though when I tried to stretch the waist against a tape measure, it wasn't quite as large as the nominal size. So, the waist was a little tighter than I expected. Expect it will relax over time and be about right. For this reason, as well as the fact the crotch area is a little small, requiring more frequent "adjustments" than I would like, I gave 4 stars rather than 5. Call this a 4.5 star review. Update: Amazon asked me for seller feedback, and I wrote this, which might be of interest here in the product review as well: "Best kind of seller. Followed up with email to ensure I was satisfied and to send use and care info. Sizing was prominent on the page and mostly accurate, though fabric content should have been easier to obtain than sorting through answered questions." Update: Have now worn them several times. In the process, I found that, here in Central Texas, where there is lots of humidity this time of year, that these pants are very good about keeping my legs cool and dry.

I wanted to love these tights BUT with one improvement they would be great. First off the material was really nice - Loved it I'm 5'9" - 192 and I purchased the medium ( it states large above in the description but I did receive a medium as ordered) - Waist was slightly high - these need to be a lower rise, The length was about 4 inches to long. I understand everyone is not the same height - the compression was spot on ! I purchased the navy blue color - very nice alternative to black. I have many pairs of tights from different manufactures - My favorite so far is 2XU - low rise, great compression, they use color contrast to break up the solidarity, great length BUT the Cost is double and not affordable for more then a pair or 2. Have tried Under Armour but I wear my compression tights alone and UA mostly uses the UNI BUTT design and I think it looks silly , Just my opinion. If I could make a recommendation - take these same design - take an inch off the top so there not high waist-ed - Make the inseam 3/4 length to a 19-20" inseam - maybe throw a simple logo on the left rear calf or color splash right thigh ==== Winning design Still waiting on someone to design this - UA gets close but they do the UNI BUTT or outline the crotch with a silly color and messes up the design. But Mens performance wear is getting more popular and guys are becoming more confident - So maybe we don't have to hide behind basketball shorts past our knees or baggy gym sweats.. Can I get a LIKE ....lol !

My third pair. Very happy with my purchase !
I've worn the usual lycra bicycling tights for years as an avid cyclist and these tights are MUCH heavier and thicker. These are not regular leggings. Not even close. There seems to be conflicting advice as to order a size up or down. It all depends on your body type if, like me you've been riding bicycles for any length of time you'll have big thighs and need to get a bigger size. I'm 6' tall with a 44" waist the XXL was difficult to get on, and long enough but difficult to get over my thighs and butt. I can still wear them except they're extra squeezy. I've had these tights for some time now, I've gone cycling, cross country skiing, running, hiking and even wore them for coffee at starbucks after a ride. If your wider in the middle or if you've got thunder thighs, go up a size. Just remember, these are compression tights. They're supposed to be tight and squezzy, that's what they do. Recovery after exercise is improved. The waistband stays in place and doesn't slip down. Edit to add: I've lost quite a bit of weight since buying these. My waist is now 39" and the XXL tights are much easier to get on. The XXXL'S are so loose I'll need to size down to get any compression out of them These are the most comfortable sport tights I’ve tried. That’s nearly thirty years of serious cross country skiing and bicycling in all seasons. For winter you’ll need to layer but three season wear should be fine. I’d buy these again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone ! Edit to add: My partner really likes what these compression tights do for my butt and I've had a fair number of compliments from others at the gym too. Edit to add: I just bought a second pair of these tights so I can have one while the other is in the laundry. I'm impressed by the wicking ability of these tights (face it, when "pants" fit this closely they're tights and these are COMPRESSION tights, they're supposed to fit really tight to work. You might need to exchange them. That's what I had to do. I had to up one size. One more edit: I'm up to three pair of these. I've still got the XXL and now have two size XXXL. Now after losing weight and inches off my waist I need to order a smaller size.

LOVE THESE!!! I OWN 3 PAIRS!!! SEE PICS!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these tights! I own a LOT of compression/workout tights, and CompressionZ is my favorite brand of the past 6 months or so. I workout a lot but also have neuromuscular issues to manage. I've tried many brands of compression tights over the past 10 years or so (both mens and womens), and these tights are definitely near the top especially considering the price. I own THREE colors of these tights now and use them for cardio (elliptical, hiking etc.), training (weight lifting, lunges, squats etc.) and recovery (I wear them on days off of work or overnight as pajamas). I also own CompressionZ short and long sleeve shirts (I'll review those separately on the appropriate pages). The brands of compression gear I've tried over the years include: Skins, CW-X, 2XU, Under Armour, Nike. For the money I think Skins are the absolute best honestly. Sometimes you can find cheap Skins on Amazon (like on a Lightning Deal), but usually they are 2 or even 3 times the price of CompressionZ. I *used* to swear by Under Armour like 5+ years ago, but they have definitely changed the composition of their materials in the past few years to their detriment. For reference I personally think the old Heatgear tights/shirts of UA of 5-6 years ago were awesome, but the Sonic, Alpha and "Armour" lines have been totally disappointing IMO (you can see my review of a Heatgear Armour shirt here, for example: Under Armour Men's UA HeatGear® Armour Long Sleeve Compression Shirt Medium High-Vis Yellow ). I LOVE the "Authentic" line of UA tights. But I'm constantly looking for more and better compression gear, and because of my order history Amazon suggested CompressionZ. WOW am I glad it did! These tights remind me of the OLD Under Armour heatgear tights of years gone by (sadly). I think it's the fabric composition: CompressionZ is a nylon/spandex blend as opposed to a polyester/spandex blend that UA uses in their new gear. Seriously go look at some Skins compression tights (and old UA tights like the "authentic" line) -- they are nylon/spandex blend too! IMO the nylon provides more compression, and a higher spandex percentage provides more stretch. A lot of UA tights these days have like 5% spandex and the rest polyester -- those kind of tights might be comfortable to workout in and pretty to look at (which isn't a bad thing) but they won't provide the support and compression that serious athletes and people who need compression for personal/medical reasons require. As mentioned I totally recommend these tights for working out (both cardio and training) but also for recovery! You can buy expensive recovery compression tights (for post-workout but also for traveling and medical reasons), but these tights are high-quality enough that I personally use them for recovery and totally recommend them for this. If you're on your feet all day for whatever reason, wear some of these under your usual pants of whatever and you will not be disappointed! These are better than Sub Sports DUAL Men's Compression Base layer Leggings / Tights - Purple - L , which I own and used for an international trip to keep my legs fresh while flying. CompressionZ customer service is top-notch BTW. I own their socks, long and short-sleeve shirts, arm sleeves, capris and 3 pairs of these tights. ONE time I had an issue with an order which wasn't actually their fault -- a shirt I ordered wasn't the right size when I got it (the box was labeled correctly but the shirt inside wasn't -- no fault of theirs really). I contacted them through Amazon and they very quickly and professionally made the situation right. I will be buying more of their products for the foreseeable future unless something drastically changes. I like/need a LOT of compression on my legs due to aforementioned neuromuscular problems, so I measured myself with a cloth tape measure and made sure to buy the right size. I LOVE the amount of compression these tights provide but I will say that SOMETIMES the waist feels small and digs in a little. So if you don't care about the amount of compression on your legs you could buy a size up, but for me I like the extra compression on my legs in exchange for a slightly tighter waist so I followed the size chart exactly. The camo is actually printed on white spandex which I usually hate cause the print gets really washed out/faded when they stretch. But these don't have that problem. The print is SO dark when not stretched that it still looks great when you put them on. P.S. I worked out on Christmas morning 2015 and wore green/red to be festive. Thank you to CompressionZ for providing the awesome green leggings to make this possible! :)
