Great for cooking with!
I haven't a clue what babies might think of this, but for adding a touch of colour and flavour to home-made potato soup, it certainly is a good staple for the kitchen cupboard; saving on time preparing carrots and being in individual sachets so that it doesn't go off for a long time. (Obviously dependant on the "use before" date when you buy it.)
