Bad programing instructions

It works with a little tuning
When I first plugged it in it blocked all outgoing local calls because it was set to block 10 digit numbers, and 1+ numbers. Since local numbers in Houston area are 10 digit, it blocked all outgoing calls. I read the instructions and unblocked 10 digit numbers and it worked exactly as I wanted it to, blocking only outgoing 1+ numbers. Also I made up a small pigtail phone plug about 4 inches long and hooked it up to the two screws inside the case so the pigtail plug was outside the plastic case when closed and I could install or uninstall the device easily if needed. The device worked perfectly otherwise.
