I use it every day for my personal use and for styling customers, but it has no issues yet. The design of the product is also excellent with a modern and sophisticated black color, and the handle is long enough to use, making it very convenient. Love this I’m a hairstylist and coudnt find the Marcel iron in the supply stores. The only thing I don’t like is that it turns off on itself. Safety feature I get but as a stylist I need it on when I work But a great iron for curling

Great Curling Iron

Super iron for professional use. Just had to get used to the auto shutoff feature. Using it In A professional salon, I have it plugged in 10 Hours a day. It shuts off at 2 hours. Very happy with it- heat settings are superb and my styles hold the curl.

Love this iron. It's my second one. The swivel movement on the arm is especially helpful if you have carpal tunnel. No wear and tear on the wrist. Multiple heat settings. Will last a long time

Works very well! I love the ergonomic feel of this iron. Only thing I’ve noticed after some use is that the black finish has started to flake off a bit. Only cosmetic though.

I would not purchase again. Had a short. Only heats half the time. Terrible quality.

After a certain amount of time it turns off and I have to plug it into a different outlet to get it to turn back on. Wth?!? Also the matte coating on the handle is chipping a lot atleast which is honestly a little annoying but I do use it ALOT.
