Invicta Men's 24466 Pro Diver Analog Display Automatic Self Wind Black Watch

I have been a watch lover since childhood. I have a small but very carefully collected watch collection I treasure and add to occasionally if something grabs my attention. This one did. At first glance it seems a simple "diver" type watch. And the price is deceiving in that it is so reasonably priced, and not grossly overpriced as are some brands. Then I received the watch and found it was built like a TANK, literally, and even the ad description stated it could be easily taken "scuba diving"! This qualification is not often seen in such watches even, and especially those costing MUCH more. Then in "appearance" it is superior in my judgement. It is NOT a chronograph type, which is unnecessary and superfluous for such a watch. Next, the "rough" appearance, in "texture", of the dial is most attractive and sturdy looking. I saw a review saying the automatic time keeping was inferior for ONE person. NOT TRUE at all, and most likely the person does not know how to wind an automatic, or to rotate it several times for the first or second "overnight" off wrist occasions. Then the "band" was found to be also superior in make, appearance, and function since when you snap this watch down on your wrist. It isn't going anywhere until, and unless, you unsnap which requires firmness since it is so strong. I also had to shorten the band a few sections. This was super easy, fast, and convenient to do if one has done it themselves. I learned how to do this many years ago since I do NOT like to give my watches to "jewelers" any more than is absolutely necessary. I have yet to find a jewler who treats MY watches like I do. So, in conclusion, if you want, like, or even need, a watch that is truely "waterproof"? If you like big strongly built watches, and you don't want to pay for a "name", or for "status"? This watch has looks, tough steel components, needs NO battery ever so it does not need to be opened and lose its deep depth waterproofing status. And has excellent accuracy, in my personal experience? You need go no further than this watch.

I'm not saying that people dont like this watch, but, looking at its price, someone would say that it's all about a cheap low quality watch, which is far from being true. I would rather say that I bought a solid, well made, resistant, good looking men's watch. The superb gray dial texture is rounded by a very interesting designed, blue-tourqoise unidirectional bezel. The solid black coated brushed stainless steel case comes with a high quality synthetic saphire dial window and a very safe, brand stamped, folding strap buckle. The watch is 200 meters water resistant and has a see-through backcase window. The only cons is that the mechanism does not have the very known Invicta yellow painted label on the rotor, even if it's the same NH35A calibre from Seiko, with 24 jewels. A beautiful watch, a good overall quality, coming up at a very surprising low cost. The future will give me the right answer regarding this mine last acquisition.

Like it a lot but compared to other automatics I have this one runs out of stored energy in my opinion faster than others. If I take it off at night and do not wear it until late the next day it will have stoped. Basically it cannot go a full day and a half.

Received it today. Looks great. A little on the heavy side but I like big watches. I have a large wrist and I had to take out 2 links to get it to fit. Get the pin removing tool where the bracelet sits in it or a punch. Make sure your crown is sitting flush. Especially if you will be taking it into water. Mine was not. I had to unscrew it all the way then back clockwise. It will lock in. The luminous works better than I thought it would. One of my favorite things about the watch is there is a luminous dot above the 12 o'clock on the outside of watch.

Made well, as advertised. Did wish the yellow highlight was on the back movement, but works stainless. Would love this with a blue band and yellow background.

El reloj, muy bien, es bonito, pero... Amazon.com, muy muy muy mal. Adquirí el reloj como producto nuevo, sin uso. Llegó sin precinto, sin tarjeta de garantía, con la caja abierta y sucia, y el estado del reloj no era mejor, precisamente. Faltaban los clásicos films protectores de Invicta, su etiqueta amarilla y se aprecian claramente signos de uso INTENSIVO. No un uso de haberlo probado o exhibido y punto, un uso de semanas o meses, además por alguien cuya higiene, según parece, deja mucho que desear. Además de suciedad, presenta rayones en la correa y faltan eslabones para poder ajustarlo a mi medida. El servicio de atención de Amazon.com esta vez ha fallado totalmente. Envié inmediatamente fotos mostrando los defectos. No me da la opción del reemplazo (dicen que no hay existencias, aunque recibirán más unidades al ser un modelo actual...) y sólo ofrecen la devolución. Al ser de España esto es verdaderamente un problema que creo no logran entender en el SAC de Amazon.com, tanto por tiempo como por logística necesaria. Lo más vergonzoso es que me indican un reembolso inferior al precio que yo aboné, cosa que no entiendo en absoluto, cuando el error es totalmente asumible a ellos, o al menos a su departamento de control y calidad. Estoy terriblemente decepcionado con Amazon.com, después de haber hecho miles de pedidos tanto en Amazon.com como en Amazon.es e incluso otras plataformas europeas de Amazon. He pagado un reloj nuevo a precio de reloj nuevo y me llega uno viejo, a para colmo me obligan a perder dinero con la devolución. No entiendo nada, pero Amazon.com va por muy mal camino. No es extraño que estén bajando sus ventas, si ya no cuida al cliente ni a sus propios trabajadores. Una lástima, pero tomamos nota para el futuro. Hay otras plataformas de venta que se están preocupando más por sus clientes y los problemas que aparecen. Saludos.
