It worked on a mild bladder infection. Verdict still out on severe problem!
Had a mild UTI... Can't take any more antibiotics. Used it and the problem lessened over a few days and has resolved as far as symptoms. So I'd say it works. Will know next time if I need it again if it works every time. I don't take it every day. Intend to use at first hint of symptoms. It's worth the try for sure versus antibiotic overuse. No side effects observed. Hope it is the answer to my prayers in the future!

This product is directly imported from USA that's why it is expensive, but cheap in USA. Kindly cut off some price.

Worth it
Definitely UTI recurrence is drastically reduced after taking this on daily basis . I recommend this D mannose for people suffering with UTI. Not sure about other brands . But this now foods has worked for me .

Cannot say if it is the reason but UTI issues has been less after taking this. No clinical proof but hopefully it's effective. Surely no side effects can try.
