I've been trying to learn Korean for a while, wanting to impress my taekwando instructor who is Korean. Before this, I wasn't sure where to start or if I was even pronouncing things correctly. I've learned quite a bit already just from a fee pages of this book. It also comes with a link for pronunciation and quizzes to test you. I love it and highly recommend it!

omg this book is so helpful. It’s exactly what I needed. I can not recommend this enough. It has illustrations of mouth shapes to help with pronunciations. 1000000000% recommend.

This book is excellent because it covers vowels and consonants, the two essential components for forming Korean sentences, making it unnecessary to buy additional Korean learning resources.

Before using the TTMIK textbooks/workbooks, you MUST read the hangeul book first. You need to learn the alphabet before learning you know? So far it’s been great. The free audio is incredibly useful.
