is there any difference between this item and the older SMT750I except for the cloud administration feature?

I checked the technical specifications and the only difference I can find aside from SMT750IC having the cloud adiministration feature is that SMT750I has transfer time of 4ms typical : 8ms maximum while SMT750IC transfer time is 6ms typical : 10ms maximum. Which outlet group do i connect critical devices to? i have group 1 which is labelled with green, or a black set of outlets? thanks

Dear APC Valued Customer, The group 1 outlets are tagged as Controlled Outlet Group while the black set of outlets are the Main Outlet Group. If the Main and Controlled Outlet Groups are not configured, all of the outlets on the unit will still provide battery back-up power. To be sure, connect the critical devices to the Main Outlet Group (black set of outlets). I hope this helps. How new are the batteries that come with the unit seeing that the original was created in July 2018 and does that matter ?

Dear APC Valued Customer, The battery that comes with every new unit is brand new. However, depending on how long the unit you will purchase has been stored, this would be the age of the battery aswell. It would have the same age as the UPS. So if the UPS is manufactured last Month then the age of its battery is also 1 month. I hope this helps.
