Ableconn PEXM2150E PCI Express x1 Adapter Card with M.2 Key E Socket - Support M2 E Key or A-E Key WiFi or Bluetooth Module, TAA

I bought this specifically to use for a Coral AI Dual Edge TPU, but there is one drawback that I was aware of before making the purchase: only one TPU will be available, as this card only exposes a single PCIe x1 lane. The Coral datasheet even warns you that not all M.2 E-key slots will have more than one x1 lane, so this didn't come as a surprise. If there's a card out there that'll support two x1 lanes, I didn't find it. But if you're like me and don't actually need both TPUs, this will work just fine.

Easy to install and it read my Wi-Fi card. Fantastic hardware.

works like its supposed to but i wish the motherboard-usb connector was longer. i had to splice it to make it longer

I used this to allow me to covert a PicoEVB from an M.2 E-type slot to PCIe x 1. It worked perfectly. It even came with an optional USB connector (to plug into the internal USB connection on your system mainboard). Works!

Works as expected. Comes with the required screws and the backplate is removable and comes in two sizes.

I put this in my computer with a coral rpu to test and used the cable that came with it for usb. In 15 years of building computers never had I put a card in and next thing you knew pci lanes were fried. Pulled out all the parts to test on a different system and they all worked except for my motherboard which now has to be replaced.

Just an FYI this doesn't work with the Intel AX201ngw cards and up as they use CNVio2 but the AX200ngw and below work flawlessly!!

I used this with the Intel WiFi chipset. ( Intel 8265.NGWMG Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 ) I simply plugged the wifi chip in and put this adapter in my PC. Works great with Linux or windows. No additional drivers necessary. No external USB dongle to get lost or broken.

I’m using two of these adapters with the Dual Edge TPU Corals and everything works with absolutely no issues.
