Finally something that works.
I trained as a chef in France and have been feeling handicapped since my return to India as I can't use non veg stocks or wine in most of my sauces etc. No more!! The best stock powder I have ever used.

Very good thing to keep at home
This has served me well for all kinds of cooking , even Indian. If anything I want corrected is that its too salty. It should drastically reduce the salt content cause getting the flavour right for food becomes a problem especially when some stuff is marinaded with soya sauce that is salty too.

Would not buy another pack
No feel of chicken in the broth. Way too salty and I could feel the cornflour in the broth. It's more like one of the ready made chicken soup packets
