Is there supposed to be foil on the toothpaste?

Hi there... If I remember right and looking at the tube for traces of foil - there was NOT foil over the toothpaste. Hmmmmmmmm - I guess there really should be. But, the grand kids have had no issues from using the toothpaste.

Without flouride, is this doing any good medically? Or is it just for getting toddlers accustomed to the motions of brushing?

I used it just for getting my daughter to get accustomed to brushing. She was refusing to brush at all. Elmo toothbrush attracted her time-to-time :)

Does the baby of year 1 age not required fluoride toothpaste?
