This is actually good, it worked great and may doesn’t move around much. It’s gone onto thick deep pie carpet to keep mat in place.

This has really worked well to stop our large rug rippling on the carpet. It doesn't make the rug sit 'high' and I've no problem running the hoover from carpet to rug. I'm pleased with this purchase. Worth the money.

Great piece of kit has solved all my problems

It keeps a large rug reasonably steady on top of the hall carpet, but even new it tends to slide to the left (tracking my walking from living room to kitchen!). This is my third of these in five years. Apparently we can get the "sticky" back by washing it in mild detergent but I live in a flat and don't have the facilities to either wash an item like this OR dry it.

A couple of weeks ago I had a new carpet fitted & bought a lovely rug to go on top but it just wouldn’t stay still on my carpet & continually “walked”. It drove us mad. After a lot of research, I found this product with good reviews so gave it a go & it seems to be working really good. It’s basically like a large piece of “tacky” felt which goes underneath the whole rug. So far, so good, it’s not “rucked up” at the ends & hasn’t “walked” yet. I’m really happy with it, it actually feels “anchored” to the floor now. Not cheap but highly recommend as it is good quality. Get a piece which is roughly the same size as your rug.

Fitted our rug exactly. At first it didn’t seem to stop the rug creeping, but after a week or so use, it seems to be doing the job better.

This is brilliant for keeping your rug in place. I had tried other things and I wish I had found it sooner. Well worth the money saves the risk of tripping. It's hrrat on rugs on carpets.
