Update: I am adding an update and now giving it a full 5 stars (up from 3). I had originally been concerned about having to charge them so often. I wasn't sure if it was the batteries or what I was using them in, since I got them for motion sensitive lights. Customer service contacted me right away wanting to make sure I was happy with the product and see if they could help with my issue. Since I have gotten such great customer service, I am giving them 5 stars and going to try to use them with lights in a less high traffic area. I like them because they are rechargeable, but it seems like I am always having to charge them. Maybe they are not lasting as long because I have them in the kitchen where they are coming on a lot. They work great and I love the extra light. Easy to charge and use.

I use a Powerex Charger to charge my batteries. It's akin to a smart charger that enables refreshing, discharging, and reading the exact capacity of the batteries. 9 batteries showed 900Mah on average and they're working fine, but 3 won't stop charging and I had to manually pull them out to stop the charge. 3 are duds but I still think they're okay in terms of bang for the buck if you plan on using them on non-critical devices, such as remotes and clocks. Just be sure to use name-brand batteries on devices that you depend on to work at all times. UPDATE #1: I received a message from this seller after making this review. I was asked to send a video or photo that best describes the problem. I responded; "Thank you but no thank you" because I wasn't gonna spend an hour recording the charging process and how the 3 duds won't stop charging. Long story short, the seller is serious about their reputation and they do stand behind the quality of their product 100 percent because shortly thereafter, I received a full refund for the purchase of their batteries. From now on, every rechargeable battery I buy will be from this company. The confidence you gain for a product when a seller is this serious about customer satisfaction is unmatched. For what is worth, Powerowl gets my seal of approval. UPDATE #2: Bought another set of 12 on April 4th, 2024. All 12 went through the battery analyzer break-in cycle and all 12 completed the cycle successfully. The capacity for the 12 batteries ranges from 860Mah to 900Mah. If you're wondering about the less-than-advertised capacity, then don't because like it or not this is the industry standard practice. All the name brands will show about 10 to 15 percent less capacity than their advertised claim. I'm not saying that it's a righteous practice, but that that's just the way things are. Except for the 3 from the first purchase, the rest of the batteries are functioning as they should. I still maintain that this brand is a great bang for the buck.
