I previously had a different make of push-down style airpot/pump flask which was quite hard to push down. The reason for replacing that one was that after 7-8 months of daily use, it lost its vacuum and the water didn't stay hot. This flask is stylish and the pump leaver makes it very easy to dispense water. You can choose to keep the leaver up or down between dispensing water. I prefer to leave it up, ready to use. When the flask is full, a mug will take one or one and a little bit of pumps to fill a standard 250ml mug. As the water level gets lower, it does take more pumps. Towards the end, it takes 4-5 pumps, but that's to be expected with any pump flask. It keeps water hot for at least 12 hours. Probably longer, but I've used all the water within that time. I drink plain hot water or black tea, and for at least 6-7 hours it's too hot to drink the water straight from the flask. After that, it does lose a little heat, but that is because there is less water in the flask. If it was left full, it would keep the temperature longer. Even so, it's still hot enough to make a hot drink, but more the temperature is similar to if you added cold milk to the drink. I often see people complaining on flask reviews (all flasks) about water not being hot enough to make tea. Kettles boil at 100C. Black tea should be made with water at 90-98C but white and green teas between 70-85C, so you don't need the water to be kept at boiling if you're making tea. I'm very happy with this flask and hope it lasts longer than my previous (different make) flask. I shall update this review if anything changes.

After three and a half hours it is not still boiling hot enough to make a cup of tea. Water needs to be boiling to brew tbag. It’s alright for general use instead of turning on the tap and waiting ages for hot water to come through, to washup a few things but it takes nearly two kettles of water to fill it

Bought this as a possible way of saving energy usage by filling it up in the morning thus avoiding kettle use throughout the day. It holds about two full kettle fulls and I've found it stays hot enough for a tea/coffee for about 10 -12 hours. Would advise to fill with hot tap water to start with and leave to stand for ten minutes to create the thermal effect - I then use the tap water to wash the breakfast dishes so it's not wasted before filling it up. Very easy to use and keep clean - I live in a hard water area so descale it with distilled vinegar once a week. Definitely worth the investment. My husband drinks coffee like it's his last day on earth but he's not managed to drain it completely yet!

Product is simple and effective and proved to be a great purchase during my wife's pregnancy. Unfortunately, the only working parts have failed within months! Product is advertised with 12 months warranty but unable to contact anyone via Amazon which is a major drawback. Better buying direct in the future. Great price and product but could only give 1 star as I have had 3 months use it of it.

I used to boil the kettle like a dozen times a day for a cuppa. Then this thing came into my life! Now I make one pot of tea in the morning it lasts to late afternoon, before making a fresh one. It doesn't stew the tea if you remove the tea bags immediately after making it, they float to the top for easy removal. It keeps the tea piping hot. And is Easy to keep clean. My step son bought one for his work for juice to keep 🥶cold in the hot sun on his building site, even in the blazing sun, this thing kept the juice chilled, much to his joy! He loves it. We have bought three thus far! We plan to buy more! Now my friends all want one too! Lol.

Been using this almost every day since I got it to save on using the kettle too much. Worked. I cleaned it regularly to keep it good. Was happy. It gets a Star for that. Yesterday, I pressed the trigger for my first green tea of the morn, as usual, and SNAP! Something broke. The flask was no longer dispensing tea. I looked at the mechanism and the plastic lever that the trigger presses on to dispense the tea had snapped. Just like that. I looked closer, the plastic nub (just out of sight under the dome) where it bends had been fatiguing over the past few months getting closer and closer to snapping. Inferior quality plastic, clearly. Just glad this isn't a part in an aircraft! I won't be buying this again just to see it break in less than 5 months. Update Edit: Well Cresimo themselves got in contact with me and sent me a new replacement free of charge, to my surprise. I still think this flask has a design flaw, but I was impressed that they're trying to make things right. Perhaps this time it won't break so quickly. Because of this I will raise my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I take this out regularly now (filled with just boiling water). It has a large capacity and means I can make drinks on the go. I always pre-heat it and it stays warm all day. I always take care when using it as I'm not sure how robust the pump mechanism is and I don't want to break it. I would definitely recommend this flask. It was well packed too.

Not keeping hot water hot

Honnêtement, c'est mon meilleur achat de l'année. Comme je passe ma journée à boire de l'eau chaude et du thé, ce thermos est vraiment pratique et facile d'utilisation. Il maintient bien la chaleur pour presque une journée entière. Si vous aimez boire de l'eau chaude, allez y les yeux fermés.

Dejó de dejar los liquidos caliente tan solo llevando unos 2 meses con él. Y para reclamar al vendedor no hay manera!

Muy buen producto. La bebida dura caliente mucho tiempo, es muy práctico para servirse y para limpiarlo
