Open the valve
This replacement pump works great. Open the valve to the Roho cushion. The valve is at the tip of the pipe. Turn the valve counterclockwise. Insert pipe into pump. Then tighten the valve when done.

Not readily see an effect
After pumping it for several minutes could feel no change in cushion. Loved the cushion but can’t get it pumped up with this pump.
