No aftertaste, closest thing to sugar...
The closest thing you will ever get to sugar in taste and texture. I didn't know this was possible. I use to order Monk fruit with stevia to get a better sugar texture. This stuff is amazing without raising my blood sugar levels and the calories associated with sugar. Taste like sugar no diet after taste. Baked and cooked just like sugar . I baked oatmeal cookies using oat flour and this for sugar. Coffee, Tea, cereal approved.

I was searching for a sugar alternative for my morning coffee and decided to try this one. I couldn’t be more surprised by how good it tastes. I usually don’t like sweeteners because they change the flavor of my coffee, but this one doesn’t. It tastes just like regular sugar in coffee. I wouldn’t say it’s exactly the same for baking, but I’m still very happy with my purchase!

Sweet tasting. Almost like sugar. Very close to sugar. I think. Dissolves best in hot water. Using puddings desserts, coffee, anything you want sweeter and not use sugar. Great for diabetics because it doesn't raise their blood sugar

Yo lo busque para mi café, pero, oohhhh sorpresa: LE CAMBIA EL SABOR, Y MUCHO. Prefiero usar Splenda ya qué no altera el sabor. MONK funciona bien para otras cosas (yo lo use para endulzar yogurt, Queso Cotage y fruta) pero no para bebidas calientes.
