Why make the package excessively large?
This supplement is fine—nothing great or horrible as far as iron supplements go. The bottle, however, is more than twice as large as it needs to be. I hate companies that waste packaging trying to "trick" consumers. We can read, we understand the label when it says 30 pills. Don't make a half-full bottle to try and trick the eye into buying it. Stop the waste and stupidity.

Does what it claims
Honest review. When I started this my stomach did cramp. That took a few days. I take this every morning with food. My iron levels are up, I have energy and I am "regular"

Best probiotic / consistent
Best probiotic / consistent . I switch from a refrigerated probiotic to this one . It seems to work better that previous ones I have used. Easy to swallow capsule is a good size. Had no taste and easy to take every morning with my other vitamins.

It works
I have the crumbiest digestive system and I don’t feel well because of it. It’s not healthy to not GO for 3 days, so I decided to try this. When I remember to take it, it does work…sometimes I can go twice a day…pretty rare for me. I’m also working out to drop some weight and having a healthier digestive routine seems to help some weight loss.
