The One
The Hover1 Titan Offroad is the best hoverboard Amazon is selling. And it's the best bang for your buck. I got mine exactly 3 months ago, use it everyday on all surfaces and it's still going strong. The description says it maxes out at 7.5 mph. This is wrong. Haven't verified the speed mechanically but I put actual speed at about 20 mph. I only maxed it out once and believe me it's dangerously fast. But you control how fast you go so that's settled. Took me 10 minutes to learn to ride, 40 hours to ride it confidently, and about 120 hours to become expert. Although I will probably never master it. I average about 5-6 miles per charge but the 8.5 miles they state for range is under ideal perfectly flat and perfectly smooth surface conditions. I use the board to do all the nearby errands I used to do in my '95 4.3 litre S10 gas guzzler (which also goes faster than needed), so the range is more than enough in my case. I even do light grocery shopping using it after I bought a backpack. I feel Hoverboard travel is a future trend and I'm one of the first. Met tons of friendly people who are curious about the board so that's a blast. I ride it right into all the stores no problemo. Don't get a board with tires smaller than 10". They don't function in the real bumpy world. My first board was a Swagtron with 4.5" tires and it was a joke and I bad one. It was made for little kids I suppose and it never made it past 50 miles before it developed a worrying rattle inside and broke. It couldn't go anywhere but smooth pathways. Even this board takes skill to navigate the wild paths. The speaker is good and loud enough but usage will shorten distance traveled by maybe 5%. A factor to consider. I use bluetooth all the time because travel and music just go together. My board charges in about 2 hours but I rarely drain it below 20% and then it takes 2.5 hours. Swagtron is the number 1 Hoverboard seller in the USA but they suck. The Hover1 Titan Offroad eats them for breakfast. hmmm ok well I never walk anywhere anymore, not even to get the mail down the road and those short trips I used to truck to I now hover to which makes it so the board is paying for itself. Also I found money laying on the ground a few times totalling about $3 so that helps pay for the board as well. Got a flat once and it took about 20 minutes to patch. It's very easy. 3 people have bought this exact board because of me. Probably jealousy. Also this board makes you approximately 4.5 inches taller which is a plus. Get the extended warranty. It can't possibly last 3 years.... or can it! This is a rugged quality handsome board. I've owned 3 but really I owned only 1. The others weren't boards. They were distractions till I got the Titan. One sign it's quality is the pamplet that comes with it. I can tell a qualitive print job when I see it. Anyway says right in there that this is not a toy. And it says it's for those over 15 years of age. That's because you could get seriously injured on this thing. Attention attention! By the way did I mention: I'm 60. Yah 60 years old. Whippersnappers! One more thing: when the board determines that you are going to fast it beeps at you and won't stop till you slow down. I'm trying to figure out how to change that. May have to do with the app which I haven't bothered with. Get this one peeps it's legit. Lates Bill Gates.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS- TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased 2 of these in June for myself and my 10 year old son. At first, they worked great and we had a lot of fun riding around together. Then suddenly my hoverboard would would switch from beginner mode into expert mode for no apparent reason and would speed up and wobble like crazy. This happened twice on a flat sidewalk and I was luckily able to jump off and avoid injury. The third time it happened, we were going down a slight incline and my board sped up super fast and wobbled like crazy and dumped me on the asphalt while shooting halfway across the yard of the house we were in front of. I received a deep bone bruise in my hip, severe road rash down my right leg and my hands wore shredded into bloody ribbons. I attempted to contact the company but there is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! you have to go through their online troubleshooting and eventually you will get to open a ticket. Weeks later I finally received a reply stating that this must be a “one time” defect and I will need to decommission the unit and they would send me a replacement. I went through the process of taking it apart, cutting the wires and taking pictures of the cuts and emailing them back. Again weeks later they finally reply and say the model I have is out of stock and I can either choose a cheaper model or get a refund. At this point I was over it and requested the refund. I was informed they send checks every 2 weeks and after 4 weeks I still had not received and check. It has now been 8 weeks and 10 follow up emails with zero responses. This awful company had me destroy their faulty product and then refuses to replace it or refund my money. Look to a different manufacturer!

Looks great and fast
We bought this specifically to be used with a strap on seat/cart for my grandson. It works great as a riding three wheel cart. It is fast for an 8 year old and he loves to ride it. The only issue is that when the cart attachment is firmly strapped on the hoverboard the on off button does not work. The brackets on the seat presses on the touch sensitive pads on the hoverboard and the unit will not shut off since it thinks there is someone standing on the hoverboard. It's a safety issue. When my grandson gets off the cart it slowly rolls away and pressing the on off button does nothing. I thought it was broken at first. You have to loosen the Velcro straps and then it stops. Not a big deal but it took some emailing the tech people to figure this out.

Solid board, except...
This is a great hoverboard for kids. Takes most uneven sidewalks really well. Haven't tried grass or gravel. Battery life is solid. With that said, the flimsy plastic wheel covers and center portion are a minor disaster. They paint scratches on anything not made of soft foam, rubber, or fabric. These portions of the boards will also crack from just general "kid being a kid" stuff. I would have hoped for something sturdier for a kids outdoor toy, but alas. NOTE: I have a son and daughter (she has the hoverboard). The boy destroys nearly everything not made of cast iron and steel (I have so many stories). They girl isn't dainty, but she's also not a wrecking ball like her brother.

So happy!
We bought this hover board for my 4 (yes 4) year old son for Christmas 2021. Definitely larger than he needed but we wanted something that me and his dad could ride on too and a board that could take on our country living (no flat cement here, just dirt, rocks and grass). My son is 43 lbs and 42 inches tall and wears a size 11 shoe. I mention the shoe size because this is important. This hover board has sensors under your feet that tell the board what to do and if all of these sensors are not pressed then the board vibrates dramatically and won’t go anywhere. My sons bare foot is slightly too small to evenly press all the sensors but he has a pair of size 12 little kids shoes that are obviously too big for him but they are perfect for to slip on and ride this board beautifully. I should mention that my son is brave and has great balance. ALL of that being said, this hover board is perfect for our family. All three of us can ride it and it’s so effortless and so fun. We have played all sorts of games on it from tag to racing to spinning to see how many rotations you can get in 10 seconds. I love the off road tires which allow us to cover different terrains with ease. My husband and I have both fell off of it (thankfully we only got some bruises lol) but it was because of user error, not by fault of the board. My 4 year old is magical on this thing and loves it. He rides it daily and his cousins come over and it’s the first thing they want to play with. So glad we purchased this. Definitely recommend.

Quality Control Update April 4, 2025. Very poorly manufactured and broken out of the box.
I just received my Hover-1 Titan 2.0. Very poorly manufactured and broken out of the box. It appears to be repackaged, the tires are 100% flat, the battery is 100% dead and the charger is dead. Poop quality product. The build material is soft EASILY scratched and thin plastic. I read other reviews about the tires and yes it is a dumb design. They are using a short valve stem sandwiched between 2 pieces of plastic on the tire that a fill valve WILL NOT FIT on. you need thin needle nose pliers so you can grip the base of the stem, try to pull it out so the tire fill valve will fit. Very poor, mindless design. Moreover, the company proves this by ignoring customer feedback regarding this specific issue. It appears they produce junk on purpose and could care less. I also notice that it weighs less than half of what my Rover X or Swagtron weigh, I'm guessing that means substandard motors and most certainly a junk battery. My daughters b-day is tomorrow. I'll return this hoverboard and get a real one. Photos to follow

Very Good
I am 8 years old (I just turned 8 !) and I have been riding this hover board when I was 7. it was a little hard too learn because I was falling all the time. when I knew how to ride it, it was fun! you should buy it because if you charge the hover board one hour and you pull it out. you can ride it a hour too. and when you get on the hover board of your feet leans forward it goes forward if your feet leans back it goes back if one of you feet is leaning forward it turns around. it is about 20 pound's. my dad is 170 pounds and he could ride the hover board. it was cool! when I first saw the hover board I didn't believe that it could carry a guy that is 170 pounds. if you don't have balance you are easily to fall. but if you are lucky then you might know how too ride it. because I saw a lot of people fall on hover boards it was terrible. 😥 but if you have balance you could maybe ride this hover board but if you have bad luck you might wonder a long time how to ride it. 😀 my brother also likes the hover board a lot! you can go slow and fast on it but if you go too fast you might crash into something. 🙁 and if you want to turn on the hover board you just look on the bottom there are two holes. one of the holes is a opening which means it could open up it and it is gray that is the charger. the other hole if you press it you turn the hover board on. and we only purchased one so that me and my brother have to share. you can go down small bumps but don't go down a big bump (if you just started ) because some times if you go down big bumps you will crash. it goes with a charger to. you can also down load a hover board app it could track down how slow or fast you are going you could even switch it (on your app) to beginner, intermediate and advanced. I don't know what the difference is. so it is a little expensive so I would just buy one.😁!
