This worked better than I thought it would ir had no wild smell and was very soothing.

I would highly recommend this Sitz salt, both for relaxing and for reducing swelling. I needed this urgently and was delivered the same day and helped me deal with the swelling quickly. The product smells good too. Might need some effort to clean the tub but totally worth it.

I have purchased this product eight times now and I love it. I have back issues and a touch of arthritis so I take extremely hot baths almost dailey. By hot I mean 112 degrees and I watch TV for about 45 minutes each time. The oils in this are amazing and no more dry feet or calluses. You will have some residue around the tub but who cares as it should be cleaned in between uses in the first place. Think Calgon on steriods. Your skin will be very soft with a thin coating of oil afterwards but if that bothers a person then a quick shower will solve that. Be sure to get the 32 oz and NOT the 10 oz at double the price. The bath salt itself has been nice and seems to be helping postpartum healing. However, the packaging could be improved. The salt gets all in the Velcro top seal and does not work. You have to store it in a ziploc bag and the salt still spills out everywhere. The smell is also a little strong.

Love this bath sitz! I had a baby and taking a bath postpartum in this was so nice!! I love the way it smells, makes you feel like you are in a spa! When you get up and out of your bath the oil in it coats your skin nicely making it feel soft and moisturized but not actually oily. The ingredients are much safer for your skin. Never had any undissolved chunks or pieces floating around. Honestly, wasn't all that into bathing before but nowim fully into it and will be using this sitz for all future baths just because!

Stubborn fissure. Sorry for TMI: I get constipated on my period and, if I'm not careful, I aggravate a fissure. I did this sitz bath 2-3x a day for just 2 days and my bum never healed so fast. Cautionary tale. Stay hydrated, eat lots of fiber, don't ignore the urge to go!

Buy this for Postpartum!! It smells amazing and helped keep my skin moisturized. It helped with paraneal soreness as well for me.

Best hack for postpartum. Great to soak in a bath with and promote healing. Can also be used after workouts/long days to relax muscles.
