Curly Magic Curl Stimulator

I have 2B hair, and this made my curls look much better. It doesn’t smell too weird, but I can’t say I love the scent. But it doesn’t matter because the scent doesn’t linger. Good price, IMHO. It’s good quality. My curls are a bit crunchy the first day (and look the best), but after putting it up in a “pineapple” on top of my head and sleeping on it, the next days, my hair is soft.

This has been a staple in my household for the past four years. I chose it because the ingredients are safe and gentle enough for everyone in my family, including my toddler, which is hard to find in similar products. From the first use, I appreciated how easy it was to apply. I use it both as a leave-in conditioner and a styling gel so I don’t have to weigh my hair down with products, which is especially important since I have thin/fine hair. It spreads smoothly, doesn’t flake and leaves no white residue, so styling is hassle-free. It defines my curls and keeps my hair hydrated, shiny, moisturized and tamed (reduces frizz) throughout the day. I also love the consistency: it’s easy to scoop out, apply evenly and rinse out on wash day. The scent is subtle and pleasant without being overpowering. The only minor downside is that it's pricey. However, a little goes a long way and it lasts a long time, so it’s a worthwhile investment. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, multi-purpose hair product that’s gentle enough for kids, leaves hair healthy and manageable, and provides consistent, long-lasting hydration.

This is hands down one of my holy grails. The only reason I don’t always have it stocked in my cabinet is because of the price—but honestly, it’s worth every penny. What I love most about this product is how much easier it makes detangling and styling my hair. I usually pair it with Kinky Curly Knot Today, and together, they’re a dream. I especially love using this when I’m sectioning my hair. It makes my hair so much more pliable and manageable, and smoothing down sections becomes effortless. It keeps my hair in place without stray strands creeping into other sections, which is a game-changer for me. Now, if you drench your hair with this gel, it can feel sticky while wet—that’s just the nature of the product. But once my hair is fully dried, it’s super soft with no stickiness at all. My curls are always so defined, and I’ve never had issues with flakiness, which is amazing. I have low-porosity hair, and this gel works like magic—my hair just absorbs it beautifully. Just keep in mind that if you’re using it as your sole styler, the hold might not last more than two or three days. For longer-lasting styles, you’ll probably want to layer another gel on top for added hold.

I've really seen a great change to my hair. My hair feels lighter, my curls look healthy and natural. I've also noticed that the product can last me as long a week. I will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

I really like this product. It’s lightweight, hydrating and moisturising enough to use as a leave-in under other products, but it also gives good definition on its own. I have thick, coarse, frizz-prone hair, so I usually layer a stronger gel on top for extra hold and definition. It works well on both wet and dry hair, but I find it performs best on damp hair because of its aloe-vera-like consistency. The ingredients are great and gentle, which makes it a healthy choice for my type 4 hair. This is more of a seller feedback. I was so disappointed with how the product arrived. It came in just a plastic bag and a box, with no protective packaging. Upon inspection, the top broke during shipping and the product spilled out. After waiting so long for this to restock, it’s frustrating to lose some of it to poor packaging. That’s why I took a star away.

Love this gel I was looking for a light airy gel that would give me back my bouncy curls and this is it! I use it for both my daughter and i, she has 3C and i have 3A hair types and it's perfect for our hair. Will definitely be my new go to gel, might be pricey but it's worth the price!

Love this product! My curls really improved regarding consistency. I usually had some waves, some spirals and some ragged areas. Really improved and allows me to air dry and not always blow out
