Hi, I'm new at this engineering stuff so please be patient. I zero the micrometer and wind it out to 1.000000mm, but it displays 0.63....why?

Micrometer stuck up in six months unable to service locally as online purchase warrenty is not acceptable to local suppliers. Very bad experience

Das Micrometer misst sehr Präzise! Beim mehrmaligen Messen von ZB. einer 3mm Welle war der Wert an der Gleichen Stelle 3,001ym, und 5cm daneben bei 3,002ym. Fazit es ist jeden Investierten Euro wert. Empfehlenswert ist auch die zusätzliche Halterung für das Messgerät, damit man die Hände frei hat. Kleines Manko ist ein fehlender Ein/Aus Schalter für die Knopfzelle. beim Nichtverwenden soll die Batterie aber dennoch über 2 Jahre halten.
